My client is a thriving sme with accelerated growth plans for the next three years. As a result of this growth there is a need to increase the focus around business planning. Therefore we are looking for a FP&A Analyst which is a newly created role to support all stakeholders by providing sound financial analysis. This role will also have ownership over the budget and forecast cycle. If you're a part-qualified analyst with a passion for business planning this is an excellent opportunity.
The role will be responsible for ensuring a robust forward financial view and providing support to the internal and external stakeholders with sound financial analysis therefore enabling accurate decision making. Duties include ownership of the budget and forecast cycle, cashflow forecasting and integrated financial models. There is also a project element to the role which will be largely ad hoc and may include product pricing, project pricing, KPI creation and other discrete projects.
The successful candidate will be studying for a recognised accountancy qualification with an interest in forecasting and planning. You will have some experience of providing forward looking financial information in a fast moving and varied environment. The ability to build relationships is essential as is the capacity to explain financial concepts to non-finance individuals.
If business planning is your thing I look forward to hearing from you.
