Outstanding job opening for Home Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare company. As a home manager you will working in highly reputed service based in Liverpool area.

We are looking for someone who has inspirational leadership to enhance an already great team. The successful candidate must have the capability to manage day to day the care home operations, be able to work closely with both the team and multiple stakeholders to continue our growth within a competitive market.

The service is registered around 30 bedded care home service, offering 8 beds for brain injury services and 24 beds learning disabilities services. Vancouver House is part of Priory Group Healthcare.

The successful manager will be offered an excellent salary of Up to £50,000 pa (depending on experience) plus benefits plus other great benefits.


The Role:

As the Home Manager you will ensure the care homes remains compliant with CQC requirements and all regulated activities. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for the operational management and lead the overall function of the care home, including full P&L accountability. You will take responsibility for effectively implementing policies and procedures to enable the provision of a high-quality service, both in respect of patient care and employee engagement. Reviewing and developing potential opportunities for improved quality and commercial growth whilst putting our patients first with everything we do.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

To be successful you will have:
• Previous leadership experience, including P&L management and an impressive track record of delivering business growth, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Understand the dynamics and complexity of the health and wellbeing market Ideally you will have the skills to build on the existing and increasingly important relationship with colleagues in the local NHS and social services
• Establish credibility with multiple stakeholders, as well as inspirational leadership skills with vision and purpose, able to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration.
• Experienced in building strong network both internally and externally with a strong customer service and people orientation. Combine strategic and operational experience.
Professional qualification in nursing or therapy.
