A great position has opened for a Theatre Team Leader to join a fantastic Hospital based in Cambridge.
The hospital provides high level of quality care for patients with some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging, and diagnostic technology. The offer rehabilitation, surgical procedures and specialise in fields such as orthopaedics, cardiology and many more.

As a Theatre Team Leader, you will be supporting the Theatre Manager in the clinical leadership and management of the department. Developing you leadership expertise within the role, you will raise your profile as you help with set up and management of the theatre environment. You will be maximising theatre utilisation, managing staff roster, enhancing clinical standards, as well as drive in excellence and ensure the patient experience in our theatre is to the high level of quality the Hospital strives for.
You will be expected to bring significant experience as a senior practitioner within a theatre environment. With your post-registration anaesthetic or theatre experience will mean that you will be able to bring expert knowledge of clinical practices. You will need to have a strong sense of financial awareness and proven auditing skills. You will be motivating and developing staff, and be committed to delivering the highest quality of care the Hospital is known for.

To be considered for this role you must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin or a Allied Health Practitioner with a HCPC registration with senior experience within a theatre environment.
