Job Description

As Performance Coach (Gymnastics) you will work within Glasgow Life, reporting into the Head Performance Gymnastics Coach, taking a lead role in the strategic direction and delivery of Acrobatic Gymnastics within the City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club.

The post holder will focus on development and performance opportunities for the acrobatic gymnasts in the programme and will be integral to ensuring the City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club is a success and are key to the day to day delivery of a safe, fun, educational and highly motivated coaching environment.

To be successful in this role you have British Gymnastics level 4 (Acrobatic Gymnastics) or equivalent and considerable experience and knowledge of gymnastics coaching within a club programme Member of Scottish and British Gymnastics.

You will be a highly motivated, professional and innovative person. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and possess a flexible approach to work being able to work evenings and weekends and attend training camps and competitions as well as experience and knowledge of coaching adults and children within a gymnasts' development and performance pathway.
