Facilitate workshops with internal staff from different disciplines and seniority. Implement business process change in newly acquired and existing business units. Support new acquisitions to adopt corporate business processes to enable efficient integration with the least disruption to delivery. Produce a governance framework to monitor adoption and success of corporate business process. What you'll need to have...
