Salary: £32,802- £35,961 is advertising for a Customer Insight Manager on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in North London.

For this role you will:

·Lead the Association’s customer involvement and engagement activities to monitor and improve performance and satisfaction levels

·Maximise use of customer insight information to ensures customer priorities reflect the organisation’s service improvement work

·Ensure the customer's voice is representative, promoting a wide choice for involvement opportunities
