Marketing Communications Manager
The successful candidate will;·Explore and propose the best ways to proactively approach customers·Analyse results to optimise the customer journey and improve conversion of new prospects to fully invested customers·Strive to deliver the best possible customer experience·Work to minimise the number of people who drop off during the registration process·Promote new product offerings to our customersYou must be highly numerate, creative and meticulous.Possess a hands-on approach and enjoy analysing performance and take ownership for delivering results.
Applicants will possess at least 2 years working in CRM and have a proven track record in a similar role. You will understand customer needs and priorities and be focused on customer behaviours.
