2nd Line - Support Analyst, Guildford, £30,000 – IT Sector (Microsoft Partner) Role: My Client is looking for a 2nd line support analyst. You will be working with customers, helping them and guiding them through their issues. You will be able to identify and communicate the solutions/queries and liaise with the developers to complete a good customer service. Company: My client is an IT Consultancy that provides solutions to the Membership sector. They implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as development their solutions. This is certainly a fantastic time to join such an expanding and leading company. Responsibilities: Assist customers by delivering a first class customer services that will lead to the highest level of customer satisfaction Troubleshoot issues that have been escalated to you from the 1st line team and understand the internal escalation process Manage and prioritize multiple incidents, liaise with the 3rd line support if needed Maintain internal ticketing information to reflect full customer interaction history Manage the ongoing resolution to ensure timely response and appropriate prioritization Experience: We are looking for applicants to have the following: A degree in an IT related discipline or a relevant experience to have gained similar knowledge 2+ years of experience in a software support role Experience within a customer facing environment dealing with customer and complaints The ability to create a clear and understandable ticket update and other documentation Demonstrating a critical thinking and analysis to resolve issues Being able to manage multiple workloads within critical time Have an interest in IT, website creation and management Excellent interpersonal communication skills to develop and maintain a rapport, empathy and a relationship with customers Experience in Microsoft CRM and a knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, SSRS or CSS Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for a person that desires a career in the IT sector.
