Our client, based in Knypersley, is an industry leader in detection technology and is seeking a highly efficient and organised administrator to assist the Engineering Systems Manager in the creation and implementation of bills of materials specifications and procedures. Responsibilities: Create new parts and sub-assemblies Add data sheets, certificates of origin and certificates of conformity Engage with the electrical and mechanical design engineers to ensure BoM’s have been created correctly Collating drawing numbers for traveller packs for production Creation of specifications and procedures Communicate to vendors efficiently Any other ad-hoc duties Qualifications: Very computer literate especially Microsoft Excel Experience in obtaining data/specification sheets Experience with Navision or Agile desirable Good communicator Excellent organisational skills 6 months temporary contract £9.35-£10.00/hr 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
