Purchase Ledger Clerk
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well know reputable business based in Doncaster. The opportunity offers a temporary position for 6 month for an experienced individual who has experience of working within a fast paced environment. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be instrumental in providing effective purchase ledger support for the finance department, you will be involved in the process from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a new challenge and some autonomy within a faced paced Purchase Ledger environment. Purchase Ledger Clerk Duties & Responsibilities: - Processing of supplier invoices - Dealing with supplier queries - Processing payment runs by BACS - Building supplier relations - Working closely with other departments - Supplier statement reconciliations - Cash/ bank reporting - Processing of company expenses - Bank Reconciliation's The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences: - Previous purchase ledger experience preferably within a fast paced environment - Excellent organisational skills - Immediately available or available at short notice - Intermediate excel skills - Good customer service skills This is a fast paced role for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join a business who are thriving in the current market.
