Desktop Support Engineer
The JM Group is working with a large Blue Chip client and is seeking an Desktop Support Engineer on a contract basis in Hatfield. The ideal Desktop Support Engineer will have the following key skills and experience: * Excellent customer service and call handling skills * Excellent ability to manage interactions with a wide group of users. * Strong understanding of ITIL. * Good understanding of IT infrastructure including Active Directory, Citrix environments, RSA, WAN and LAN topology. * Strong Technical knowledge of end user computing environments * Excellent ability to support users remotely * Competent at Microsoft Office 365 and Operating Systems Configuration * Solid understanding of both Android and IOS Mobile Devices * Excellent organisation and communication skills * Microsoft Qualifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) - Desirable If you are an experienced Desktop Support Engineer please respond in the first instance with the most recent version of your CV.
