I am currently recruiting for a Sales Director for a Software Development Company, based in Solihull. Paying a handsome six figure salary per annum plus bonuses and a rewarding benefits package. The company are an extremely forward thinking organisation who create software where there are gaps in the market for more streamlined solutions. In the last few years they have pushed their way to the front of the market within software for the Intellectual Property Industry. The role will involve establishing the entire sales process and to help the company sell their services in the US, and set up a new sales team of between 5-10 people. The role could then have the potential to extend to Europe once the US sales team has been established. As a very technologically passionate company who have a very strong work ethic and offer an entrepreneurial approach to development. They absolutely love what they do and put their all into their work, so are looking for a like-minded individual to establish the software sales in the US. We are looking for someone who has depth and gravitas to drive this through to success, an individual who is motivated and passionate. The right Sales Director will need to come from a Software Sales background and have had proven success in global, US or European markets, and have experience setting up a sales team. This is an opportunity to work with a fast growing, very profitable tech enabled B2B Service Company which is exploding. They are well funded and extremely motivated. Salaries and bonuses are first class with this company.
