NOC 1st Line Team Leader
NOC 1st Line Team Leader My client are looking for an experienced NOC 1st Line Team Leader to join their established team and lead on all NOC 1st line support issues. The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of leading network operation centre first line support teams, ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of prioritising, escalating and resolving incidents and requests. This role will involve managing the level of service of a 24x7x365 support team, ensuring the quality of service delivery and tracking incident resolution to meet SLAs. The NOC 1st Line Team Leader will work with senior staff to identify and implement improvements to the NOC 1st Line Team, providing management and performance reports and ensuring the continual improvement of the service provided. The successful applicant will have previously worked in NOC support and will be able to demonstrate solid management and leadership skills.
