Maintenance Engineer | Part Time | Norwich | £20,000 per annum + Package

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer? If so then please read on:

I am currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer to work around the Norwich region on a part time basis carrying out PPM's and Reactive maintenance duties. Due to the nature of the role this engineer will ideally be electrically biased however we may be able to consider someone who is mechanical.

You will be working on commercial premises only.


    £20,000 basic SalaryWorking 2/3 days per weekHours: 08:00 - 17:00Mobile basis / semi static between sites in NorwichPaid holidays + bank holidaysOvertime availableWorking for a large global organisation

    Emergency Light Tests, Electrical Repairs, lights, sockets etc, fault finding, PAT TestingTemperature control - (BMS), filter changes on all fan coil units/air handling units, pump repairs, boiler checks, chiller checksFirst response to incidents - leaks, power outage including critical supplies, Water Management - Flushing Routines, L8 ResponsibilitiesAC units - filter changes, cleans etcGeneral plant inspectionsOther basic fabric/building services duties when required ie: unblocking sinks/toilets, Painting/General Maintenance, Desk Moves.

  • Experience working in commercial building services
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
  • Able to work the hours advertised
  • Experience working within tenant area's of a commercial premises is preferable
