We are recruiting for talented Installation's Manager to be responsible for delivering our client's right first time agenda, ensuring that all branch operations are conducted in-line with company policies and procedures and that every customer receives excellent customer service throughout their home improvement scheme.
The role will be to manage people and resources in such a way that each project takes place on-time, is carried out to a high installation standard and safely, that stock levels and products are co-ordinated effectively and that branch financial targets are achieved.
The role will require a committed Business Manager who will probably already have experience of managing high volume installation work, ideally within the Home Improvement sector. They will need to be able to manage and motivate teams, lead from the front and be able to set the agenda for the branch. They must be well-organised, unflappable and be commercially aware with the ability to drive the branch to achieve its installation and customer service targets. A Health and Safety qualification would also be desirable.
