City Training Services are looking to hire Senior Marketing & Communications to manage all marketing and communications from City Training Services, Forsters Community College and all associated subsidiaries.

Main Duties:
•Leading on marketing and communications for City Training Services and all associated subsidiaries including support for the Bradford College Group and associated recruitment ca campaigns
•Implement an agreed marketing plan and oversee its tactical implementation
•Co-ordinate the production of a range of marketing communications ensuring adherence to the College Group brand guidelines and the factual and grammatical accuracy of copy
•Create and implement digital marketing strategy
•Develop and maintain the CTS website and provide information and apprenticeship content for the Bradford College website
•Manage and create content (including video) for all social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube (paid and organic)
•Track website and social media analytics
•Plan, co-ordinate and report on apprentice recruitment campaigns
•Co-ordinate product launches (new courses)
•Write and present marketing reports and updates to include post campaigns analysis
•Plan, organise, co-ordinate and regularly attend events including open days, award ceremonies and employer engagement events and support wider Marketing Teams across the Bradford College Group
•Create and develop exhibition setup including displays and tech.
•Work in collaboration with the School Engagement and Outreach Team at Bradford College in co-ordinating engagement activities
•Manage marketing budget and track marketing spend
•Produce all marketing materials from copy writing and design to distribution/publication
•Liaise and negotiate with all internal and external creative agencies and suppliers
•Maintain effective internal communications
•Competitor analysis
•Develop and execute PR strategy
•Responsible for managing web-based marketing promotions through the development, implementation and maintenance of promotional videos
•Act as a brand guardian for CTS, associated subsidiaries and the Bradford College Group

•Line management of Social Media Apprentice
•Attendance at Bradford College steering groups and task & finish groups including those focused on marketing, events and business development
•To work with the Central Bradford College Marketing and Communications Team on a weekly basis (one day per week to be spent on main College site)
•Carry out any other duties within the scope of the position as directed by the Head of Business Development and the Head of Marketing and Communications at Bradford College

In carrying out the above duties the post holder is expected to work to Company procedures, demonstrate commitment to the aims of the organisation and its activities and adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times
