Our client are a globally successful business who provide climate control solutions to their customers.With projects ranging from construction sites, sports grounds, multi million pound housing renovations through to museums and war ships, this is a pioneering business where no day is the same as before.
As a technician within the south east Team covering their London and local areas, your role will be to deliver, install and commission hire equipment and provide the best level of customer service at all times.
We are looking for someone with ideally some mechanical or electrical background or awareness, full UK driving license, good team player and ability to adapt well to different working environments.Key Activities and Accountabilities include·Effectively deliver, install and commission hire equipment at Customers’ premises or remote sites·Carry out repairs where necessary in TCS workshop or at Customers’ sites·Attend sites and monitor our equipment, ensuring all is in working order·Ensure Company and Quality procedures are adhered to, ensuring own and others Health and Safety ·Effectively manage the equipment logistics and day to day running of all nominated projects·Maintain effective, regular customer contact, sharing information with all parties ·Prepare equipment for use and ensure instruments used are within calibration timescales·Contribute to Team meetings when required·Reviewing and making recommendations for new methods and techniques of installation with Project Manager·Feedback regularly to Area Director and Project Manager·Effective supervision of equipment/ancillary stock levels in the local depot·Promote Company culture through personal actions·Keep continuously appraised of competitor activity on site and report to relevant colleagues·Provide cross area/region support to meet changing business needs ·Take part in out of hours call out rota, for breakdowns and emergencies·Actively participate in learning and development to continually improveIn addition to full training upon successful appointment you will receive the following benefits....
