The Asset Manager will develop and monitor best practice Asset management policies and procedures within RIUK. This role will report to the Group Finance Director.

This is the perfect opportunity for an Asset Manager who wants to further their career, improving their skills within the strategic, operational and financial management of the business.

The successful Asset Manager will be responsible for the following key accountabilities on a day-to-day basis:

· Implementing an effective Asset Management system.

· Monitoring, recording and assessing the assets of the business

· Creating and asset register for all RIUK business units

· Reporting all asset values to the Financial Director

· Monitoring and recording all changes to Asset register

· Recording any losses or breakages

Essential Criteria:

· Demonstrable track record of success in a similar position.

· Ability to take both a strategic and operational point of view

· Strong man management and leadership

· Proven experience and ability to understand the importance of budgetary control and proactively manage budgets
