Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client, a leader in their filed is looking to recruit a purchase ledger clerk on a permanent basis to join their busy finance team.
Candidates must have a sound understanding of the purchase ledger process and have worked within a busy finance department.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes and payments.
- Matching of supplier invoices with purchase orders
- Preparation and process of the weekly payment runs
- Matching of payments to invoices
- Preparation of monthly intercompany payments and transfers
The ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience, excellent communications skills and the ability to build both internal and external relationships.
