Operations Project Supervisor
Permanent position with 6 months’ probation period.
Based: Addlestonemoor, Surrey, although some off-site work will be required.
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Full Time and flexibility will be required.

We are a highly successful facilities company, based in Addlestonemoor, Surrey.

To co-ordinate the driver and transport logistics for a Facilities Company specialising in the Film & TV industry.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations of the company, as well as liaising with the Sales Staff, all of whom will be able to provide you with ongoing training.
There will be a high volume of enquires and bookings, so the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be able to pick up the systems and processes quickly.

• Booking drivers and co-ordinating their movements.
• Overseeing vehicular movements.
• Maintaining good relations with drivers, clients and customers.
• Preparing emails based on clients requirements.
• Site visits to ensure all running smoothly and maintain a good rapport with production.
• Collating, cross referencing and authorising driver timesheets.
• Cross referencing weekly Production sheets.
• Cross checking petrol and diesel receipts for all Productions.
• Managing driver and vehicle logistics on a daily basis.

• Successful candidates will have to have a least 12 months experience in a similar role and/or industry.
• You must possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• You must be highly computer literate, especially with Google Calendar, Excel & Word.
• You must be capable of multi-tasking reliably in a busy office environment.
• Show high level of client confidentiality.
• Have previous experience in a high volume transportation department.
• Have the desire to learn and develop your skills – this role does provide ongoing training as the department grows.
• Ideally be immediately available and able to hit the ground running.
• You will need to have relevant experience, however if some training is required this will be offered.
