This is agreed as part of the EMEA Field Service reorganization plan, whereby this new hire will ensure our client can cover all site commitments. In this role, the engineer will be performing deskside assistance, BSC, break/fix and IMAC activities.

The candidate should be highly mobile with the ability to travel in between all the sites according to the clients’ needs, in conjunction to a weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

The position involves monitoring and administering a ticket system ITSM (Service Requests, Incident and IMAC’S), contacting staff to resolve issues within the office and some field staff repairing devices and solving software issues and various deskside related tasks but in a walk in service type capacity.

Key Tasks:

* General Desk Side Support type duties.
* Specific skills are required in MS Outlook, .PST files Retrieval / Mapping
* Day to day support tasks to UK based mobile devices.
* Good troubleshooting knowledge
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Password Changes
* Desktop and Laptop Installation & Configurations
* Ticket Issue Management

Technical Skills:

* Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
* MS Office Suite / Office 365
* Knowledge of Mobile, Apple, Android, Windows
* Break/fix and IMAC activities
* Active Directory Support & Administration
* Multi-Vendor Hardware Installations (DELL, HP etc.)
* Problem solving and analytical.
* Effective communicator (written and verbal)
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Very customer focused with a calm and clear support manner
