I am looking for an experienced Developer with good managerial skills (both people management and technical) who wants to front a great team, starting on a brand new project.

Within the role you will be leading a newly formed, 4 person team working on a project that will vastly improve the companies service. You will have the opportunity to learn a brand new and rare technology (HPSA). HPSA (Hewlett Packard Service Activator) is highly sort after and has huge potential for career development with training is provided on the job.

No prior knowledge or experience of HPSA is needed as it will be provided.

Skills Needed:
* Java, J2EE, JBOSS ideally
* Software development and design over multiple disciplines
* Good communication skills and the ability to lead and manage others
* Willingness to learn
