The successful candidate will have the relevant skills and experience specified below for this 6 month temporary contract based in London (occasional visits to either NSY OR 10 Victoria Street). The successful candidate will have a valid Enhanced SC Clearance or be willing to have one sponsored by the client. If you do not possess the clearance level requested then you must be willing to apply for a DBS on CV submission. Please Note: This assignment sits inside of IR35.
This post will require you to hold National Security Vetting (NSV) at Developed Vetting (DV) The post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis. Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) before taking up the post. Additionally, this material is of particular sensitivity to the UK and its distribution must be restricted to UK nationals. In approved circumstances dual nationals (of which one element is British) may also be granted access. However, in the event that potential conflicts of interest cannot be managed the post holder will not be able to see the intelligence material and will not be able to perform their duties. For the purpose of safeguarding national security and in line with Cabinet Office Policy, supported by Section 82(2) to (4) of the Police Reform Act (2002), applicants who do not hold or acquire Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and meet the nationality requirements cannot be offered the post. Confidentiality Agreement Applicants should also be aware of the need to sign a confidentiality agreement on taking up the post.
Analyse business change initiatives. Work with business change owners to gather, develop and document process maps and requirements. Producing "as is" and "to be" business process maps. Work with business change owners and suppliers (where required) to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and necessary information is available. Issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders.

Experience & Knowledge: The Implementation Business Analyst will have: • Experience in undertaking business analyst activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analysing complex data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations. • Experience in supporting the development of business requirements. • Experience in reviewing and enhancing business cases and detailed design documents throughout the project lifecycle. • Experience of working with various stakeholders within a large organisation including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities. Desirable Experience & Knowledge • Experience of working in a policing and/or security environment. • Experience of building confidence with stakeholders and relationships at all levels. • Understanding of the CT Policing Network; including London (MPS), National (UK Force wide) and international responsibilities; relationships with Government, security and intelligence agencies; and governance arrangements. • Experience of working in a challenging, change-driven environment.
Please Note: The lower pay rate advertised in this job description is the highest PAYE daily pay rate that the client is willing to pay up to. The higher pay rate advertised in this job description is the highest Umbrella Company daily pay rate that the client is willing to pay up to.
