ACCOUNT MANAGER - IT Managed Services

Our Client is an IT Managed Service Provider and wish to appoint an Account Manager with previous experience in an MSP.

On-going and continual Account Management of existing customers

Account growth through upselling additional recurring Support and Services plus non-recurring Projects opportunities (products and labour). Also wholly responsible for the existing annual Support renewal.

• Recurring Services
The sale of ongoing Services such as IT support, connectivity, hosting and managed Services (such as security, backup and disaster recovery).

• Projects
Any one off sale, involving any combination of IT hardware, software, labour or sub-contracted labour or one off third party services. Installation/setup charges associated with Recurring Services are treated as Projects.

You will be provided a set of clients to manage, growing the recurring Support and Services revenue, and uncovering any Project sales and bringing these to fruition whilst under your care.

In return you will receive a salary circa £40-45k base plus commission
