We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to come and join a great team based in Lytham St Annes. Working for a family firm who are specialists in building services engineering you will be responsibly for the Bookkeeping. Reporting to the Managing Director your duties will include:
- Recording of financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Enter data, maintain records and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, with experience of bookkeeping with a solid understanding of accounting figures and financial records. Proficiency in one or more of packages such as Sage, Quickbooks or Xero.
