Stand alone Company Accountant / Accounts Manager needed for long term maternity cover contract in Bournemouth
Your new company
Your new company is a dynamic and ever growing organisation based in heart of Bournemouth, Dorset. You will be working with a fantastic back office team environment in a stand alone accounting job. This is a maternity cover which will last 9-12 months.
Your new role
In your new role you will be wholly responsible for all of the day to day function of the accounts. From being hands-on processing invoices and paying suppliers, though to producing monthly management accounts to deadlines. You will be completing bank reconciliations, accruals & pre-payments and month-end and preparing year end statements. Other duties include liaising with auditors, assisting with the annual budgeting process, submitting VAT returns, profit & loss statements and cash flow.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have working in a stand alone accounts role, with experience of both financial and management accounting. You must be confident, with excellent attention to detail and IT skills. It is also desirable if you have knowledge of Sage 200.
