Sales Ledger Administration based Barking temp to perm £22500 parking on site
Your new company is based in Barking
Your new role is to join a team in the office with all aspects of a sales ledger role. This will include raising sales invoices updating Excel, answering the phones and dealing with any sales invoice queries that may arise. They work a shift rota which is arranged in advance that would be 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm
What you'll need to succeed previous recent experience working in a sales ledger / invoicing capacity. You need to be immediately available to start work and have a good level of Excel to include pivot tables and lookups. You will also need to be confident on the phone as you will be dealing with customers that could be in a very stressful situation.
