Our Client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to work within the finance office of this growing organisation

This position involves:

- Checking all supplier invoices received against purchase orders and gaining authorisation where necessary
- ‪Post all authorised invoices onto Sage.
‪- Liaise with suppliers to ensure credit notes and corrected invoices are received
- ‪Prepare weekly payment runs and advise of ad hoc payments required
‪- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
‪- Administration of petty cash and credit card accounts.
‪- Absence cover for other finance duties.
- Stock Record Management.
- Checking purchase requisitions.
- Placing orders with existing suppliers.
- Setting up new suppliers.

We are looking for a logical and accurate individual who has previous experience working on sage. They must be computer literate and have good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, E-mail and the internet. The candidate would ideally have knowledge of the SAGE 200 system
