This highly regarded Actuarial and Benefits Consulting practice is looking to hire a Process Analyst/Engineer to join its growing actuarial outsourcing team. The organisation undertakes actuarial work for a wide range of insurance companies, which provides the team with access to a diverse and interesting working environment.

The broad purpose of the role is to assist with the design, development and operation of highly automated financial reporting processes using a portfolio of specialist financial reporting software.

As a Process Analyst / Engineer, you will work with a team of actuaries on supporting the development, improvement and automation of these financial reporting processes.

The role will sit across a variety of projects with lots of opportunity for developing process engineering skills, coding knowledge and experience of 'insurtech' solutions. As you gain more experience the role has significant career development potential.

The successful candidate will possess coding experience (any language) and more importantly a strong desire to become highly proficient in specialist insurance software. Full training on this will be provided.

Candidates will also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, good teamwork and communication skills, and solid time management and self-organisation skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel are essential.

Graduates with a science or mathematical degree will be considered but deomosntrable coding skills are essential. Candidates who also possess knowledge of the Life Insurance Industry would be of particular interest.
