Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Tottenham. This role is an immediate start temporary to permanent accounts admin position. This role is key in successfully facilitating the day to day running of the business, therefore the successful candidate should be able happy to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Duties will include:

* Amending sales tickets
* Checking and querying invoices
* Purchase Ledger input
* Completing month end reconciliations
* Dealing with credit notes
* Assisting in chasing overdue invoices
* Setting up new accounts

Please note you will also be expected to complete ad-hoc administration/reception duties during busier periods.

Skills required:

* Computer literacy - Microsoft package
* Good communication skills
* Polite telephone manner
* Prompt time keeping essential

Full time hours. 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
