Salary Range: £17,874 per annum, pro rata

Contract Type: Full-Time and fixed-term until 31st March 2019

Hours: 37 hours per week

SGS College's Project Department have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Administrator.

The role involves receiving monthly claims from six external partners as well as from two internal departments for two European Projects. You will identify non-compliance, advise partners on how to resolve issues as well as liaising with the College's MIS department to ensure that the claims are successfully transmitted to ESFA.

The post requires initiative, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to work towards and meet deadlines. A drive and a solutions focused attitude to all aspects of the role is required.




The successful candidate will have GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent and have experience of working in an administrative capacity. You will have previous experience and be competent in the use of MS Office such as Word and Excel.

The post holder will also have good communication skills both verbal and written, a good telephone manner and excellent organisational skills.

No prior knowledge of the claims process is needed as comprehensive training will be given.
