About this company:

Our client is looking for Financial Service Administrators to assist in the day to day running of the business. The company have been established for over 18 years and assist with financial enquiries to clients wanting advice and guidance.

Role / Responsibilities:

Duties Include:
General:
• Data input and administration
• Preparing reports using various online systems
• Maintaining electronic client files
• Reception duties; answering the telephone, booking appointments and taking messages
• To complete annual and six monthly client reviews
Essential / Desirable experience required:

Essential Criteria:
• Computer literate, good with full Microsoft package
• Previous experience working in the financial sector
• Excellent communicator
• Good level of Numeracy
