Our client has opportunities for Insurance Adviser to take calls from customers looking for insurance.

The calls are all warm leads and the purpose of the role is to validate the information provided by the customer using your inquisitive conversational skills whilst using various web-based tools to verify responses. Once you are satisfied, you will fulfil the sale.

The contracted hours are 40 hours per week, working on a shift basis, and will include every other weekend. The opening hours are 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm Saturday and 11am - 4pm on Sunday. In addition to a basic salary, there is the opportunity to earn a very attractive commission, with average annual salaries of £25,000pa.

You will have an 8-week training
period between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Interviews are being held on 6 February 2018.

Role responsibility:

• You will be a desk-based Insurance Adviser providing new business, renewal and existing customer service support to motor insurance clients throughout the UK
• You will be responsible for updating the internal CRM system with client information and records
• You will be confident on the phone and able to quickly identify with clients and build relationships
• You will be good with systems and picking up new CRM system
