Our growing client based in West Cambridge are looking for passionate Service Desk/Help Desk Engineer joining them to become an integral part of their technical operations and support team.

This opportunity would perfectly suit someone with commercial IT experience, who is looking to start or progress their career in the IT industry where you will have the opportunity to learn on the job and cover a range of duties from Networking to Desk-side troubleshooting.

Our client is currently working on a number of internal IT projects where you will have a key role in Supporting onsite users during this process. These projects include hardware roll-outs, a network redesign Office365 project, and also server upgrades and replacements. During this period of change you will be working be supporting the Senior Engineers and you will have a very varied role which will be 80% user facing. This new position will suit an individual who enjoys getting stuck in and working deskside where no day will be the same.

This is an immediate requirement and interviews will be held over the next one to two weeks
