Marketing & Implementation Designer
Salary: £23,000 -£26,000 per annum – Depending on experience
Location: New Southgate
Working Hours: 42.5 – Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours)
**Must have a Marketing Degree**

My fantastic ever growing client is currently looking for a Marketing & Implementation designer to join their remarkable depot as a Marketing & Implementation Designer in their Head Office/Flagship depot! They are looking for someone to bring their ideas/skills to help improve the Marketing of the Depot and see it through across all 5 of their branches!
Role Description
• Work side by side with Category Managers to understand strategies to design, coordinate and oversee the implementation of marketing material in co-ordinance with agreed branding at branch level.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and propose solutions.
• Lead a positive approach towards marketing and design to drive a change of culture throughout the business
• Implement consistent standards and operating models across the business
• Promotional media (both print and digital)
• Support/coach Category Managers to drive trade by sharing knowledge and experience
• Agile approach to adapting marketing initiatives
• Provide creative solutions and idea generation for all aspects of work
• Collaborate with Branch Management to understand their needs and remove operational barriers
• Develop an open communication between stakeholders ref marketing and design
• Manage the design and production of the monthly flyer (this needs to be reviewed as it looks outdated)
• Manage the design and production of the 2 large screens at New Southgate (visible from the A406 motorway)
• Manage and design the production of all in branch marketing screens
• Centralise, design and see through to implementation all in branch marketing Posters, POS, Shelf Edge Labels
• Continuous improvement of in branch marketing operations (via the POS Champions) to simplify the roles of our colleagues to ensure we land change right first time

Measures of success;
• Consistent look & feel for all POS
• Design a ‘What Good Looks Like’ for POS implementation
• All POS and H&S uploaded onto online portal
• Documented and utilised trade planner
