Job Title Regulatory & Approvals Manager

Location Cambridge

Salary £55,000 to £65,000

The Role

The primary responsibilities of this position include managing the company compliance strategy and infrastructure; directing and supporting compliance activities including policies, programs, and practices for Europe and International markets. This position is to ensure product and company compliance, working with all the necessary stakeholders.

You will coordinate the implementation of product compliance programs, policies and procedures and ensure product compliance with all Directives, country-level, and applicable international product compliance core requirements.

The Candidate

Skills, Experience and Knowledge (required as a minimum):


10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance product and issues management, both domestic and international. Medical (ISO13485), environmental (ISO14001), food industry, and measurement instruments products industry experience is highly preferred.

Previous experience leading and hands-on management of a regulatory product compliance department for a global industry is desired. Knowledge of UL, CSA, NOM, VDE, TUV and other related third party approval body processes.

Proven ability to procure, read, understand, and interpret technical reports, specifications, test data.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.

Project management experience is a plus.

Demonstrated program leadership and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams.

Excellent interpersonal, public relations, and personal presentation skills.

UK car driving licence and Current passport
