Due to expansion, my client currently requires a Customer Support Manager, ideally from a technical or engineering background to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enjoy being part of a growing design & manufacturing business, in an exciting, niche industry
* Lead a small team of field service engineers
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries
* Provide technical support & advice to customers and engineers
* Produce summary reports collated from customer feedback surveys
* Create reports and analysis on technical support requests

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a customer support manager within the technical or engineering industry’s
* Advanced technical support experience
* Strong communication skills
