Are you an Electrical Installations Engineer OR an Electrical Engineer who has industrial electrical background?

Do you want to make the transition into becoming an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within the Manufacturing/Automation industry?

Are you competent reading control circuit/schematic diagrams?

Are you time served and apprentice trained electrically?

You will be working for a well-known brand within Manufacturing who offers a strong budget for internal progression and training.

The basics:

Location: Heanor
Base Salary: £29,000 + OT readily available with earnings of £36,000 and upwards
Shift: Monday to Friday Days 8am-5pm with the potential to work 4on 4off 6am-6pm days only at some stage
Pay: £28,978 base + OT = £35,000 and upwards
Overtime paid at: £20.14 Mon-Sat and Sundays = £24.61 – readily available!
Benefits: 33 days holiday, Pension, Death In service x2 salary, Uniform, Group profit bonus, free parking, bonus, training.

Overview:

As the Electrical Installations Engineer/Trainee Maintenance, you will be tasked to maintain all automated onsite machinery. With manufacturing facilities located across the world, you will be working as part of a large group tasked to maintain production machinery in a first class manufacturing environment.

The ideal Electrical Installations Engineer/Trainee Maintenance will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

* Competent reading control circuit/schematic diagrams
* Knowledge/experience with Proximity switches
* Knowledge/experience with DC/AC Drives
* Knowledge/experience with Working with sensors
* Knowledge/experience with Control systems
* Knowledge of safety circuits, Invertors, how relays operate, speed control systems
* A mechanical understanding would be advantageous – gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics
* Knowledge of PLC’s advantageous
* Electrically qualified – Must be able to present these at interview
