This is an exciting time to join Babington. We’re in the middle of a rebrand, building out a marketing team and looking at how we can best meet business objectives using all the marketing tools available to us. We know what we need to do … we just need the right person to help us get there.

We’re looking for an energetic and capable Campaign Marketing Exec. One that can hit the ground running, get their hands dirty and get cracking on campaign planning across both digital and traditional channels. You will have a collaborative style and an inner drive to make things better.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Head of Marketing you will contribute to the marketing strategy for Babington; working from developing a campaign strategy, through to implementation and analysis. You will take a top-level view across all of our campaigns and work with our Content Marketing Executive to combine content as part of our inbound marketing strategy across the sales funnel.

The role requires someone who is happy to immerse themselves in individual campaigns, write copy and develop content but equally someone with an analytical approach to evaluating campaigns success. Our campaigns run from email and social through to events, awards and PR and you will get involved in all.

With key objectives on lead generation, client retention and brand awareness, you will have the ability look across all and report at the appropriate level for different business requirements.

The business is going through a huge amount of change and there will be ample opportunity for you to gain experience in a number of different marketing activities. You will be given the opportunity to develop your marketing knowledge alongside managing your workload.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•Campaign strategy and planning
•Focus on inbound marketing and the sales funnel
•Marketing strategy to drive brand awareness
•Achieving business targets within agreed campaign and sales benchmarks
•Creating content marketing collateral
•Supporting on copywriting/copy optimisation
•Brand management

Person specification:

•2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
•Team player but equally happy to work on their own initiative
•Working knowledge of Google Analytics
•Ability to analyse and report on marketing/campaign metrics
•Working knowledge of social media management systems desirable
•Excellent written communication
•Ability to optimise copy for SEO desirable
•High level of attention to detail
