Job Summary:
To complement the delivery of the business five-year growth strategy, this position will co- ordinate all marketing and research activities for key business development areas and provide day-to-day administrative support for the Sales Director. The Marketing Executive will be an ambassador and role model for our company and must act with integrity and in accordance with company policies at all times.

Job Content:
• The Marketing Executive, will be an amazing in bound marketer who in coordination with the Sales Director, will be responsible for marketing activities and support of the business marketing goals
• You will build and manage a rich content / editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, white papers, reports, webinars, infographics etc.)
• Grow new leads, including marketing qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to- action and lead generation
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through e mail, content and social channels
• Build and manage our social media profiles and presence, specifically on linked (and additional channels that may be deemed relevant)
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors and or industry, both from existing leads and customer as well as from brand new audiences
• Create free marketing resources each month to drive leads, create awareness of our company’s capabilities, products and services. In order to drive sales leads for our company
• Create and grow an e mail marketing database (organically grown, not bought or rented), manage e mail campaigns in line with company objectives
• Measure results of marketing activities, look to establish a return on investment in order to justify future marketing activities
• Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our products features and their benefits
• Ensure that our companies marketing activities are aligned with our company group marketing activities
• Conduct market research on existing and new markets, map the market, understand key market trends in order to provide vital intelligence for the commercial team
• The Marketing Executive will be required to ensure that all policies and allocated budgets are adhered to, and that the business risks are understood and managed
