I am recruiting on behalf of a well established Legal Firm in Solihull. Due to expansion they are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Ideally working hours WED/THURS/FRI**

The role of the Receptionist is to provide effective support to the Solihull office.
Main responsibilities:
" Providing full support to the Solihull office three days a week
" Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
" Distribute mail deliveries daily
" Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive
" Answer, Screen and forward incoming calls
" Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
" Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required

You will:
" Have excellent experience in reception duties
" Experience in working within a legal environment
" Demonstrate initiative
" Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
" Be highly organised, methodical and presentable

In return, they offer interesting work in a friendly and supportive environment. Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience.

Salary £15,000- £17,000 (PRO RATA) will depend on experience and qualifications.
