COMPANY DESCRIPTION
A world renowned Global Manufacturer of automotive components is looking to recruit an experienced financial professional to manage the day to day running of the Corporate Shared Service Finance Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large international business with scope for progression and development. Within this role, you will act as the number one, proactively managing the team and departmental workload. Evidencing financial expertise, you will provide specialist project support across the department.

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will be tasked with the overall management of the Shared Service Finance Department. Showing exceptional people management expertise, you will lead a team of AP and AR professionals. Working closely with the team, you will design and implement KPI reporting, setting objectives and targets to ensure maximum efficiency.

Overseeing the daily financial duties, you will ensure compliance with data protection and archiving of associated finance documentation. Additionally, you will complete all balance sheet reviews, conduct monthly and year end reconciliation and prepare the company`s factoring in excess of £50M.

You will also hold responsibility for the preparation of rolling cash forecasts and EC sales - compiling and submitting financial reports to Divisional and Group teams.

THE EXPERIENCE
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you carry financial management experience within a Shared Service Department - within a high volume manufacturing organisation.

It is essential that you carry a minimum accreditation AAT Level 3 or degree equivalent.

You will show sound experience of SAP Finance.

You will evidence exceptional people management skills, with the ability to actively oversee a diverse team. You must possess the ability to lead and motivate Ledger teams, setting clear objectives for both individual and team KPI`s.

THE SALARY
The salary for this role is highly competitive in keeping with industry standards for that of a Finance Manager.

THE CONTRACT
This is a full time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be contracted to 38 hours per week (with flexible working patterns).
