Our client, a Global Brand Deployment agency servicing a range of blue chip and retail clients. They now require an Account Director (AD) to join the team located in London. This is a fast-paced, and therefore the position demands an outgoing personality with the ability keep calm under pressure.

With a strong retail background and experience of working within a creative agency, this proactive individual will be focused on driving the growth and profitability of an existing retailer account; along with client management and management of the account team.

This established AD will have substantial knowledge in the fields of Packaging and Point of Sale (POS) design with FMCG/retail clients. They will direct, develop, motivate and manage their team, and be able to effectively overcome challenges.

Account Director Candidate Requirements:
- Several years experience in a similar senior position within a design or branding agency.
- Proven track record in delivering packaging and POS design projects.
- Passion for retail.
- Experience in design management is essential.
- Effective team management capabilities.
- Ability to delegate to, develop and educate a team.
- Good level of commercial acumen.
- Strong relationship builder with significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Proactive approach to business development and the growth of client accounts.
- The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level.
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects.
- Highly organised problem-solver with an ability to multitask.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Assertive nature
