GDPR Lead Role
Experience Required:
- You need have been involved in the implementation of GDPR within an organisation and have the experience required to advise and guide the company through the process
- You will ideally have worked in a business to customer environment
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Understand the companies' ways of working and help tailor Group's Consent, Privacy other marketing notices that suit our customers
- Conduct Data Protection Impact assessments for our high-risk systems and help perform gap analysis based on their knowledge of the legislation
- Provide SME support to the overall project by fostering a data protection culture within the organisation and help to implement essential elements of Data protection, such as the principles of data processing, data subjects' rights, data protection by design and by default, records of processing activities, security of processing, and notification and communication of data breach
- Be a central point of contact for any queries from external or internal customers around data
