This well established, reputable company provide a flexible project management service to other companies across the UK.

The project administrator will look after administration for up to twenty clients at any one time.

The purpose of this position is to take clients through the administrative process in order for them to achieve their goals.

Throughout this process, the post holder is responsible for looking after and updating clients and requesting the relevant information needed.

The work involves extensive training about international laws and therefore candidates must be willing to learn vital information, especially within the first six months.

Role involves:

Managing the multiple parties involved in the process to ensure that the client’s requirements are met at all times

Ensuring the necessary tasks are completed within the client’s time frame.

Providing advice, guidance and assistance to clients to ensure they are fully aware of the tasks involved internationally.

Maintaining accurate records of all tasks undertaken using Windows applications and in-house system.

Suitable candidates will ideally have some project management experience.

They will also be:

-Highly motivated
-Able to use own initiative to prioritise, manage and complete tasks
-Possess excellent time management skills
-Intelligent with good grasp of technology
