Job Title: Bid Co-ordinator
Location: London
Salary: £24,197 - £31,960
Permanent Position | 37 hours per week

Our Role

In this role, you’ll be working within the Rail Bid Team focusing on researching the production and completion of high quality PQQs for one of our largest projects. This will see you ensuring that language, style and content is accurate, professional, consistent and appropriate for the client.

You’ll create and maintain a PQQ document library, monitor applications for tender opportunities from procurement websites and portals, maintain sales pipelines and CRM system and record the various pre-qualifications and tender stages.

Your Skills and Experience

• Qualified with an Undergraduate degree (minimum 2.2). Engineering degree preferable but not essential.
• Experience working in a bid team.
• Experience of operating successfully in a large corporation (preferably FTSE 100), that are heavily involved in the Rail, M&E Contracting, Energy Services and/or Facilities Management.
• Ability to prioritise competing requirements and work pressure.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent command of MS Word and PowerPoint packages.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Organised, with an appreciation of project management and delivery process.
