Tate are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join an educational institution based in Poole. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and will involve high levels of invoice processing and data entry
The role will involve -
* Managing the purchase ledger
* Inputting invoices and managing transactional data
* Managing internal and external queries
* Processing credit card transactions
* Assisting with month and year end reporting

Candidates need to have:
* Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience working within higher education is desirable
