We are looking for a Complaints Handler to join our growing Bury St Edmunds based team supporting our award winning Sunny product. Sunny has a TrustPilot score of 9.4 and the majority of our customers recognise we do the right thing by awarding us Treating Customers Fairly Champion at the Consumer Credit Awards.

About the Role

Could you be the right person to help deliver a first class complaints process to help our customers? We are looking for someone to support the investigation and resolution of complaints in line with our Treating Customers Fairly requirements as well as working within regulatory guidelines and timescales at all times. Delivering the best standards throughout for the company and our customers.

What experience, skills, qualities or qualifications are we looking for?

Effective and consistent customer communication is at the heart of the role, therefore you will have a very strong customer focus, and the ability to communicate to an exceptional standard. Working as part of a growing team, you will have the drive and motivation to maintain a challenging workload, whilst supporting your colleagues.

You will have experience of or exposure to complaints handling and resolution, ideally in a regulated industry. As communication is key a good level of numeracy and literacy as well as a working knowledge of the MS Office package is essential. You will need to be a proactive member of the team who is willing to take on assignments with minimal supervision, with a proven record of meeting deadlines whilst also contribution to the teams goals.
