Data Protection Associate

Responsibilities:

* Consult on a range of legal and regulatory aspects regarding GDPR and wider Data Protection laws
* This role will require a particular focus on personal customer information including data breaches and honouring “opt outs”
* Acting as the legal SME for GDPR compliance
* Develop and implement compliance frameworks for Data Privacy
* Advise on Data Protection measures across the organisation when required
* Ensure that existing Data Protection measures are being maintained

Skills:

* 5+ years relevant Data Protection experience with a particular focus on GDPR implementation and remediation
* Familiarity with these measures at group level and their impacts across Asian, European and American markets
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM and CIPM would be a distinct advantage
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Experience working across multiple GDPR project lifecycles would be a plus
