Software Implementation Consultant with Property Management software implementation experience; you can be based from home anywhere in the UK or continental Europe as your clients will be spread across the UK and the EMEA area. You will have thorough knowledge and experience implementing real estate and property management software solutions as well as strong accounting skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Solution and Implementation experience with Property Management software is essential, such as MRI, Qube, Kypera, Manhattan Trimble, Tramps, BlueQube, Atrium or similar. Salary on offer is up to £52k plus bonus scheme.

Our client is a large European software consultancy for enterprise real estate, property asset management and property management and investment software; they have been trading for 20 years and are a true niche market company with some exceptional staff and talent. They have grown to around 40 people, and the focus is on Property Management software for large property companies and large investors in the property sector.

They have 100% customer retention and very low staff turnover. And they do not subcontract work out. They have their own application support, software development, consulting, project management, technical support, sales and account management teams within the group.

They pay well and reward people well. You can live anywhere from Cambridge, to Gloucester, to Manchester, London, Paris, Lisbon, Doncaster, Southampton, Leeds, Nottingham etc.

This is a role for a full cycle Functional Consultant with property management software experience, who can deal with all aspects of a software implementation project; you will have good understanding of accounting and will be able to cope with large projects and will be comfortable steering a client through the choices necessary to get the software working well for them. Your communication skills will be top notch and you build strong relationships with your clients.

As an Implementation Consultant here you will work in a busy environment with plenty of meaty projects and a nice mix of project management, capturing business requirements, software configuration, managing the testing, and quality client training & post implementation support.

You will attend kick off meetings, create business requirements documents and functional specs, configure the software to fit requirements, manage client expectations, implement the software, migrate the data and take the client though the go-live and subsequent training.

This role can be home based anywhere in Europe or the UK, but you will need to be happy to travel to client sites. You could spend up to 5 days a week on client site, although it is more usual to have 2 - 3 days a week on site and be working remotely the rest of the time. The better your relationship with the client is, the more flexibility you will gain as to how you spread your days and manage your work.

You are a Professional Services Consultant or Implementation Consultant with solid experience of Property Management software, keen to work with mid-range to complex software implementations and happy to travel in the UK and Europe.
